About Sweet Creations

Miriam Pearson of Sweet Creations has been a baker and cake designer for over 35 years, and has vast knowledge of her craft after competing worldwide and earning well over 300 awards for her work, including an Olympic Silver Medal from the World Food Olympics and a European Cup Medal at the European Bakery Cup in France. She is the only person is Ireland to represent her country on both the team of chefs at the Culinary Olympics and the team of bakers at the European Bakery Cup.
Sweet Creations was established in 2003 and, after making celebration cakes for many years, she now solely focuses on creating sugar flowers, cold porcelain flowers, cake decorations and cake picks all of which you will see on this online shop.

Miriam also teaches a vast range of sugar flowers, in her online Flower Club, and also individual online flower classes.
