Bake International 2024 Gold Medal Recipes

This set of digital files are the full recipes for Miriam Pearson’s Gold Medal, Best In Class and Best in Show winning Afternoon Tea at Bake International 2024.

The first ever double Best In Show at Bake international, saw Miriam winning her class, and going on to win Best in Show.

1. Sponge Cake Burgers with Strawberry and Raspberry Ketchup, Lettuce Leaves, Orange Cheese and Vanilla Mayonnaise
2. Meringue Doughnuts, with Toffee Popcorn Ganache and Toasted Hazelnut Crumb
3. Toffee Apple Filled Pastry Tartlets, with Marzipan Apples
