My new range of cutters are made here in Co. Wicklow in Ireland.

They will make your sugar flower making techniques so much easier.

Many of them are made to compliment the range of flower and leaf veiners I am currently creating.

I will be adding a range of cookie cutters also.

I use my cutters alongside my sugar flowerpaste, and dust colours as listed on the Essentials page.

They can also easily be used with cold porcelain clay, chocolate and sugarpaste.

I will be introducing new cutters over time.

These are my Bow Cutter Set Large, a new addition to my growing list of flower and leaves veiners.

This set of 4 cutters, will give you a bow measuring approx. 35mm when finished.

Using my sugar flowerpaste, simply cut out the large piece, the centre rectangle and then choose if you would like the tails to be straight or with a notch on them, or you may not want to add tails at all, you choose.

Then with the large piece, fold the ends in to the centre and glue in place, using edible glue, support the loops, by inserting some cotton so they don’t collapse as they dry. Wrap the small rectangle piece and glue in place, this goes around the joins in the centre of the bow. Then attach the tails to the back of the bow, leaving them hanging downwards. Allow to dry fully, before removing the cotton wool, and it is ready to use on your cakes, cupcakes and more.
