This is my recipe for my Mum’s delicious Olive’s Biscuit Cake. 

A recipe I have been using for years and her most famous recipe. 

This light buttery shortbread, is a must in my household every year, and its simple buttery flavour needs no other addition.

I used to make it for wedding favours, bridal fairs, farmers markets and more.
